At Kido, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. As a Qualified Educator, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe and inspiring learning environment where every child thrives.

Salary: Up to £28,750 for full-time, 40 hours per week, with part-time options available.

We believe that our unique blend of the Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches, combined with a nurturing environment, provides the most solid foundation for children in their early years.

About the Role:

  • You'll work closely with your team to plan and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Effective communication with parents, children, and colleagues is crucial in delivering exceptional experiences throughout the children's learning journeys.
  • As an integral part of our team, you'll take ownership of observing and assessing key children, working collaboratively to set individualised goals and celebrate their progress.

Requirements:

  • A relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum.
  • Your values will align with our core values: Listen, Learn, and Lead.
  • Some experience in a similar role within a nursery or other childcare setting is preferred.
  • The right to work in the UK is mandatory.
