Special Needs Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Special Needs Support Worker. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).
Key Responsibilities
- Support students with MLD in small groups or on a 1:1 basis to improve engagement, interaction, and attainment.
- Work closely with parents to ensure a consistent approach to supporting students at home and in school.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual children, using a friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning.
Requirements
- No prior school experience is required, but a passion for supporting children with special needs is essential.
- Able to work 5 days a week, 8:30am - 3:30pm, in a full-time, temp to permanent role.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
