Job Title: Salesforce Senior Technical Architect – Consumer Goods

At Publicis Sapient, we're seeking a seasoned Salesforce Senior Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer Goods practice, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth and transformation.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect who can lead the development of technical solutions for our Consumer Goods clients. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying business and technical requirements, analyzing processes, and designing and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of technical solutions for Consumer Goods clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business and technical requirements
  • Analyze business processes and design effective solutions
  • Develop and implement enterprise-grade architecture and processes
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy and technological direction
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project managers and technical consultants
Requirements
  • Extensive experience working as a Salesforce Technical Architect with large-scale customers
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Goods sector and delivering B2B solutions
  • Comfortable advising, mentoring, and educating diverse teams on Salesforce Platform topics
  • Demonstrable senior stakeholder management skills and experience
  • Proven aptitude to rapidly learn new technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proven leadership and consulting skills to build trust relationships with customers
  • Certified Application Architect and/or Certified System Architect
  • Hands-on delivery skills
  • Able to mentor talented individuals as part of a defined career framework
