We are seeking a highly skilled Education Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Alexandra Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional administrative support for the Postgraduate Medical Education office, including maintaining attendance records, summarizing evaluation forms, and holding bleeps for protected teaching sessions.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, working closely with consultants, junior medical staff, nursing staff, midwives, clerical staff, and external users of the Centre. If you are confident, organized, and able to produce accurate and timely work, we encourage you to apply.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working hours and opportunities for further training. The successful candidate will be educated to NVQ level 3 or equivalent and possess excellent IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a basic understanding of Medical Education.

Please note that occasional evening or weekend work may be required, and you will need to be able to travel between different hospital sites in the Trust. We look forward to receiving your application.
