About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Orthopaedic Clinic Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the clinical team, ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including preparing patient records, managing clinic schedules, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Ensure the clinic runs smoothly, including managing patient flow, coordinating with staff, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and staff, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an administrative or support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
