We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide administrative support to our busy Operations Team.

Your role will involve providing full administrative support, assisting in the implementation of projects, and liaising with external customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on project progress.

You will be responsible for managing your workload effectively, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and providing support in the preparation of reports and presentations.

As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to the smooth running of our projects and processes, and participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for process improvement.

Key qualifications and skills include a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, strong organisational and time-management skills, proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, and attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
