7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver

As a 7.5 Tonne Collections and Delivery Driver with DPD Group UK, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of parcels. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and deliver parcels safely and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Load and unload parcels from vehicles, using a Sack Barrow/Hand Truck as needed
- Assist with depot operations, including loading and unloading parcels
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Valid 7.5T (C1) licence, DQC (Driver Qualification Card), and CPC accreditation
- 12 months experience in a similar role
- Ability to lift, load, and carry parcels
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
