Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Deliver high-quality anaesthesia services for children, prioritizing their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the training and education of junior staff members, promoting professional development
  • Participate in clinical governance and audit activities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines
Person Specification
  • Essential: Full GMC Registration, FRCA or equivalent, Advanced Training in paediatric anaesthesia or Equivalent, Entry on the GMC Specialist Register in Anaesthesia via o CCT (Proposed CCT date must be within 6 months of the interview) o CESR or o European Community Rights
  • Desirable: MD, PhD or other postgraduate qualification (PGCert, PGDip, MSc), ALS/EPLS/ATLS instructor or equivalent
