Retail Operations Manager EMEA

As a key member of our retail team, the Manager, Retail Operations EMEA will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, maximizing efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience across our EMEA retail stores.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement retail strategies to achieve sales objectives and drive profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational controls and maximize efficiencies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose action plans to improve store performance.
- Establish relationships with key corporate partners to ensure market needs are met and sales and profitability are maximized.
- Drive best practices using regional insights to optimize operational performance and maintain a seamless shopping experience within an omnichannel environment.
- React to inventory needs and merchandise flow to ensure product availability and control communication between stores and Merchandising team.
- Lead and educate on loss prevention measures to minimize loss and increase safety.
- Create effective schedules that prioritize the Clientele journey, maximize productivity, and manage labour spends using internal systems.
- Develop and improve Canada Goose's standard operational procedures and ensure execution is carried out with excellence.
- Ensure consistent and disciplined use of strategic tools at the store level.
- Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure physical store spaces are maintained at the highest level.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-unit operations at a luxury retailer.
- Ability to understand 'the big picture' and exercise good business acumen.
- Collaborative mindset with strong leadership skills to inspire others to drive action.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong computer competence in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Solid understanding of luxury retail and apparel industry, up to date on industry events and has a finger on the pulse on major issues and trends.
- Ability to analyze financial reports effectively and proactively.
