About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Barchester Care Centre. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to our nursing teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership to nursing teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care
  • Support the development of junior nurses and clinical practitioners
  • Contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and supervision qualification. You will have extensive nursing experience in a mental health setting, particularly caring for patients with dementia. You will be a natural leader with a strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and supervision qualification
  • Extensive nursing experience in a mental health setting, particularly caring for patients with dementia
