Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead software development teams within our Swan Retail and EPOS Bureau business units. This role involves driving technical vision, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a strategic vision for the software development function, aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor multiple development teams, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to succeed.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to align development activities.
  • Track and report on KPIs for management reviews and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and modern development practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, Java, and React.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.

Compensation: £60,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience.
