We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on employment law matters, including settlement agreements and unfair dismissal claims.
  • Managing a variety of contentious employment law matters.
  • Keeping up to date with all legal and regulatory developments.
  • Time recording and billing to target.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in contentious employment law (minimum 3 years PQE preferred).
  • Possess a strong background in Employment law, including court and tribunal work.
  • Business development and networking skills.
  • Ability to travel to our other offices in Dorset.
  • Hybrid working.
