As a key member of the CRA GROUP LIMITED team, we are seeking an EHCP Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a defined caseload and acting as the named officer in line with the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Code of Practice, statutory responsibilities, and the authority's local policies and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain professional, supportive working relationships with key staff in schools and other services in the locality.

Ensure all written correspondence and documents are accurate and well-structured, reflecting local and national requirements, including SEN legislation, and are sensitive to the perspective of the recipient.

Ensure electronic case files are well-maintained to agreed quality standards and confidentiality in line with the Data Protection Act.

Essential Experience:

Experience of working and liaising with parents, carers, and other agencies in a multi-disciplinary setting.

Experience of managing conflicting demands and priorities, working to tight timescales.

Experience of producing reports for a variety of complex audiences.

Experience of managing complaints and resolving disagreements.

Working Hours:

36 hours per week, working hours are 08:30am – 17:00pm.
