About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly residents in our Extra Care Scheme.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Support residents with restricted mobility to move around the scheme, including to dining areas, communal spaces, and their bedrooms
- Participate in recreational and social activities with residents, promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and respect
- Deliver person-centered care, focusing on the individual needs and preferences of each resident
