We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Sales Consultant to join our team at Masons Kings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to drive business growth.
  • Sell new and used equipment to meet customer needs.
  • Cross-sell other Masons Kings services to increase revenue.
  • Develop skills in line with a Personal Development plan to enhance performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from point of sale through to product support.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an agricultural sales role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong self-motivation and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to structure, plan, organize, and control own time to meet sales and service demands.
  • Confident use of IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
