Festival Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Festival Director to lead our prestigious international literary festival, Jewish Book Week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the festival's programming and production, including talks, discussions, performances, and a book fair. With a strong focus on creativity and innovation, they will work closely with our team to deliver a high-quality festival experience.

The role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. We are open to configuring the role as full or part-time, depending on the candidate's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the festival program, ensuring a diverse range of events and activities
  • Collaborate with authors, speakers, and performers to create engaging and thought-provoking content
  • Oversee the logistical aspects of the festival, including venue management, catering, and marketing
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of the festival

Requirements:
