Job Summary

As a highly skilled and experienced MHST Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the Whole School Approach and Emotionally Based School Avoidance pathways within our Mental Health Support Teams.

Working closely with our Operational Managers and other stakeholders, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the effective delivery of these services to children and young people across our footprint.

You will be responsible for overseeing the assessment and therapeutic interventions of young people, working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes.

With a strong background in mental health and a passion for making a difference, you will be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and young people.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously within a dynamic and innovative organization.

Main Duties
  1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Whole School Approach and Emotionally Based School Avoidance pathways.
  2. Oversee the assessment and therapeutic interventions of young people, working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and other agencies.
