We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Worker / Behaviour Assistant. This role will involve working closely with a vibrant school in Bolton to support the development of children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one and small inclusion group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Develop and implement individualised strategies to manage behaviour and support emotional regulation.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment that encourages positive interactions and emotional well-being.
- Assist students in accessing the curriculum and engaging in classroom activities.
- Collaborate with class teachers to plan and deliver tailored interventions.
- Assist in creating and adapting resources to meet the individual needs of students.
- Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and the SENCO.
- Some experience working with special needs children is preferred but not essential.
- Passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

- Schools based in Bolton
