Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Chancellor Recruitment Limited. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms, including SEO and SEM management and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales
  • Manage and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to improve website traffic and online visibility
  • Measure and analyze marketing initiatives against set goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with brand ambassadors to develop strong relationships and grow brand awareness
  • Manage the marketing budget and report on performance
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of promotional campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external sources for content creation
  • Report directly to the CEO

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing management and execution
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
