Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team in Somerset. The ideal candidate will have a solid work history in a fast-paced environment, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain, engineering, or similar blue- & white-collar workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational HR advice and guidance
  • Lead on end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle
  • Handle employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies
  • Design and deliver training programs
  • Produce HR reports and data analysis for senior leadership teams
  • Pursue HR projects that drive business objectives

The salary for this position is approximately £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We require a self-starter who can build effective relationships across the business, challenge and influence when necessary, and provide HR guidance and support.
