Job Title: Senior Quality and Safety Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality and Safety Specialist to join our team at Astute People. As a Senior Quality and Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Operations team to enhance quality, health, safety, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze current processes and implement improvements in reporting and procedures
* Work with QHSE and IMS teams to update the Management System
* Monitor and report on QHSE KPIs, both internally and externally
* Organize and conduct operational inspections, audits, and verification checks, acting on findings
* Provide onsite consultancy for developing Risk Assessments and ensure proper understanding among staff
* Assist in creating quality plans for projects and oversee their implementation
* Coach and mentor site supervisors in HSE practices
* Develop and deliver internal training programs to raise awareness

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of quality, health, safety, and environmental principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
