Menswear Merchandise Insights Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Menswear Merchandise Insights Manager to join our Merch Planning & Analytics team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business success through analytical insights and strategic projects.
About the Role:You will focus on developing analytical tools to capture insights that drive business performance, including forecasting, monitoring, and project execution. You will collaborate with colleagues from various areas of the business to develop strategic projects that improve our assortment and capture growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Run seasonal analyses to guide Farfetch brand portfolio strategy and identify assortment opportunities, including optimizing assortment profitability and reviewing new brands for addition to our portfolio.
- Forecast seasonally assortment sales and stock levels to identify opportunities and gaps in our assortment.
- Support seasonal content planning by running analyses on brands' performance and defining key priorities for the season.
- Review and update seasonally brand priorities from a marketing, supply, and business development perspective.
- Support ad-hoc analysis for continuous improvement projects and senior management requests.
- Prior experience in Buying/Merchandising or Analytics/Consulting roles, with a focus on the fashion industry.
- Passion for the fashion and luxury industry, with a deep understanding of its mechanisms and business drivers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with previous experience in data modeling.
- Technical skills to process and analyze large amounts of data: Excel and SQL/Big Query required (Tableau is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in team meetings.
