The Service Solutions team at Iveco Group is responsible for After-sales contracts and connectivity for Trucks. We manage a profitable business in R&M and Connectivity services, in terms of revenues and customer after-market retention. Our goal is to maximize customer satisfaction in relation to our R&M and Connected services products.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute to ensuring a profitable business in R&M and digital services, in terms of Revenues and Margins. You will work on strategies to increase the market share thanks to data analysis and through a cross-functional approach with other departments. You will be the main interface with the Dealer Network and customers, supporting and improving the after-sales business.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a Preferential Economic/Engineer Degree with specialization in Marketing or Digital services. You will need to have Advanced skills in Data Analyst/reporting and Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with specific focus on Excel. Additionally, Eligibility to work in the UK and Full clean Driving Licence are required.
Competencies and Key Behaviours
The ideal candidate will have Presentation skills, Ability to speak in public, and Team work. You will be trained to develop the ability to analyse the results achieved and to plan preventive and corrective actions to achieve the targets. You will also develop the ability to prioritize and make fast but accurate decisions in an exciting and challenging environment.
