Your New RoleIn this role, you will work within an integrated Children's Nursing team covering both CCN & H@H. The caseload is varied, with referrals of children who have complex medical needs, long-term health conditions, and short-term health conditions requiring rapid service input.
You will assess children's care needs, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. You will also work collaboratively with other agencies to deliver clinical care pathways for children and families. Evening and weekend shifts will be required on a pro-rata basis.
What You'll Need- Clinical skills in paediatric nursing.
