Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Construction Lawyer to join our client's team. As a construction solicitor specialist, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of contentious construction matters and advising on all aspects of construction contracts.

  • Handle a portfolio of contentious construction cases
  • Provide expert guidance on construction contracts
  • Draft submissions for adjudication and arbitration proceedings
  • Represent clients in Technology and Construction Court proceedings
  • Liaise with clients and other professionals
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and contribute to publications
  • Contribute to business development initiatives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' PQE in construction law
  • Proven experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction matters
  • A strong academic background, including a degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in IT systems and tools

Salary Information
