We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Appraiser to join our commercial sector team. As a key member of our valuation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality valuations for secured lending in respect of development sites and mixed-use properties.

With your proven track record in valuation of a wide range of commercial properties, including mixed-use (e.g., retail with residential above), you will assist in actively managing and growing client relationships to deliver financial goals.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with other teams across the wider business, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients. Your expertise will also involve applying current market insight and knowledge to valuation modelling, including a 'stand back and look' approach based on high-quality analysis of supportable market data.

The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation skills, with the ability to present information accurately and succinctly both orally and in reports. A highest standard of quality control and self-review ability is essential prior to peer review.

You will also be expected to assist with training and development of more junior colleagues and work with graduates to develop their skills and prepare for the APC. Requirements:

Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
