Care and Support Role
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting individuals to maintain their dignity and independence? Do you have experience caring for older people, people with disabilities, or those with mental health needs? If so, we invite you to consider joining our team as a Senior Care Assistant Nights. In this role, you will assist the Home Manager in ensuring the delivery of person-centred care that respects the dignity and autonomy of each resident. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the design and implementation of individual care plans, providing hands-on care and support to residents as needed, and participating in staff supervision, training, and development programs. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
