Job Title: Housing Development Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Goodman Masson. The successful candidate will have experience working in a Local Authority or Registered Provider setting and will be responsible for managing on-site construction of new homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site construction of new homes to ensure high quality standards
  • Identify and assess new development opportunities
  • Oversee pre-contract activities, including consultant procurement and appointment
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with internal teams
  • Ensure a smooth transition of new homes to management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Local Authority or Registered Provider setting
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
