Job Title: BEV Test Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BEV Test Team Leader to join our Propulsion Test Department at Jaguar Land Rover. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to ensure the quality and integrity of our electric propulsion systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of test engineers to ensure the quality and integrity of our electric propulsion systems
  • Develop and implement test plans and procedures to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve and improve operational challenges
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for quality and safety standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
Requirements:
  • Experience and technical understanding of EDU/Battery Comodities and Engines with testing and an appreciation of the base engine components; function; calibration; diagnostics & emissions
  • Working knowledge of AVL Puma (including development of VB Scripts), ETAS INCA toolset, Fuel Measurement devices
  • Capability to lead and coordinate cross-functional concern resolution and improvement activities
  • IATF16949 / ISO / UTAC Knowledge and experience
