About the Position

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Cowes. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in maintenance and supervision to take on a new challenge and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure safe and compliant day-to-day site operations.
  2. Allocate work to team members and monitor their performance.
  3. Manage stock, inventory, and storage.
  4. Oversee raw materials processing and manufacturing of products.
  5. Perform planned servicing and responsive repairs of machinery.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous supervisory experience in an engineering or agricultural environment.
  • A sound understanding of health and safety principles.
  • Relevant qualifications such as IOSH certifications.
  • Good technical aptitude and mechanical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £32,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
