Care-at-Home Director

Cognigence is seeking a Commissioning Home Manager to spearhead the launch of a brand-new luxury care home in East Lothian. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a high-end care facility within a growing care organisation.

1. Drive occupancy growth in a new, luxury care home
2. Contribute to forming and heading a new team
3. Ensure profit and loss remain within budget
4. Oversee daily operations and management of the home

1. Annual salary of £65,000 which is negotiable

1. Experience as a Home Manager in a senior management role
2. Nurse Qualified is preferable
3. Knowledge of Care Inspectorate and Local Authority requirements
4. Excellent management skills
5. Evidence of Good, or Outstanding Care Inspectorate inspections
