Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing daily site operations, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Coordinating and supervising mechanical installations, guaranteeing compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Leading and managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless collaboration.
- Conducting regular site inspections to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaising with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide progress updates and address challenges.
- Effectively managing resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
- Diligently documenting site activities, including reports, permits, and inspections.
- Swiftly resolving technical or logistical issues that arise during project execution.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally in mechanical system projects.
- A robust mechanical engineering background (qualifications or equivalent experience).
- An extensive understanding of mechanical systems, installations, and related processes.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
