Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Project Strategist to lead high-quality projects in London for our clients. This role involves defining project scope, maintaining effective governance, and communicating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

In this challenging position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project strategies that meet client expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with clients and stakeholders.
  2. Establishing and maintaining effective project governance, processes, and systems.
  3. Developing and maintaining a project plan, and monitoring progress and risks.
  4. Managing project budget and resources, and ensuring accurate invoicing and reporting.
  5. Communicating and coordinating with project teams, clients, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Preparing and presenting regular project updates and reports.
  7. Leading problem resolution and ensuring project outcomes meet client expectations.
  8. Identifying new business opportunities, and assisting in bid proposals.
  9. Sharing best practices and contributing to product and service improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in project management, with experience leading high-quality projects in London.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement project strategies that meet client expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets and resources.
  • Ability to prepare and present regular project updates and reports.
  • Knowledge of project governance, processes, and systems.
