Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Performance Analyst to join our Performance and Planning team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for improving global performance levels of our customer-facing teams through data-driven insights and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve Tableau performance reporting suites for Commercial teams, providing actionable insights to drive commercial activities.
- Support the identification of relevant KPIs and measures that reflect the performance of the Commercial teams, working closely with commercial leaders to drive business decisions.
- Use reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement, course corrections, or further iterations in Commercial strategies, ensuring data-driven decision making.
- Prepare and present data insights to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, guiding strategic decision making.
- Maintain and improve data sources to enable faster, more automated reporting, collaborating with our Data Engineering team to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Provide ad-hoc analytics support to the function on data analysis, reporting, and performance, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in commercial analysis, data management, and performance management, with experience working with customer-facing teams, sales, or marketing. You will be an expert in Tableau or equivalent data visualization software, with a high level of ability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. You will also have the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver data-related insights in a compelling and easily understandable format.
