Job Overview

This role is part of our B&Q Eastleigh Office, where we offer flexible and agile working arrangements. As an Architectural Leader, you'll provide guidance and leadership across banner projects, fostering the adoption of cloud-native technologies and identifying effective architectural patterns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide architecture leadership and guidance across banner projects
  • Foster the adoption of cloud-native technologies
  • Identify effective architectural patterns
  • Serve as the chief architectural liaison for the banner
  • Drive collaboration across business, technical, and Group teams
  • Lead and develop Solution Architects aligned to or working on banner activity
Requirements:
  • Strategic interest in diverse IT technologies and their impact on business innovation and efficiency
  • Ability to engage and articulate complex technical details to stakeholders
  • Extensive experience in architecting integration solutions
  • Ability to clarify complex technical terms and present sophisticated IT concepts to non-technical audiences
