Operational Finance Role
We are seeking an Operational Finance Analyst to join our team in the United Kingdom. As an Operational Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for handling general queries and reporting across key areas such as E-bills, Customs, Smart Border, and more.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the operational finance team by handling general queries and reporting.
- Contribute to the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into operational finance processes.
- Develop and implement new operational finance processes, communicating them effectively to the team.
- Monitor and report on departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for projects involving the operational finance team, ensuring comprehensive reviews of strategic projects.
- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the operational finance domain, engaging proactively with other departments as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with Kuehne+Nagel systems.
- Performance-oriented work ethic with a focus on measuring and tracking performance.
