Job Title: Digital Trading Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving digital sales through commercial strategic planning, initiative building, and operationalisation of our digital fascias.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute campaign, brand, and promotional strategies to drive digital sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage the day-to-day trading and execution of multiple websites, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Oversee and guide team analysis of seasonal sales patterns, providing detailed insights to inform commercial decisions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across digital and broader business teams to plan fascia digital trading calendars.
  • Lead the delivery and reporting of all on-site promotions and content activity, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Define and manage forward-looking trading strategies, considering design and functionality improvements, and contributing to product development and UX roadmaps.
  • Work with digital marketing teams to ensure product and trading strategies are supported by digital marketing strategies for all channels.
  • Work with optimisation teams to ensure customer journeys and campaigns are supported to drive successful KPIs.
  • Work with brand marketing teams to ensure assets are commercial and report on asset performance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate development and execution of evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement, and conversion.
  • Accountable for process improvements, supporting teams to resolve issues quickly to optimise sales.

Requirements:

  • Valid working rights for the UK.
  • Strong analytical skills, with advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user.
  • Experience working within e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience driving day-to-day improvements and larger strategic projects contributing to sales growth.
  • Experience in team management and development.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brand.
