About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team in Luton, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and suggestions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with customer relationship management software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
