About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Stock Associate to join our team at Michael Kors. As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the team in managing and maintaining stock levels, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Support the team in receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a compelling store environment.
- Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
