Exciting Opportunity for a Construction Solicitor

Hunter Savage is seeking a talented Construction Solicitor to join their expanding team in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to advance their career within a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on a wide range of construction law matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
  • Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, agreements, and other related documents.
  • Representing clients in construction disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful resolution of legal issues.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in construction law and practice.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years PQE in construction law.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, both contentious and non-contentious.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage a busy caseload.
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
