This role as a Complex Care Assistant at Enviva Complex Care offers an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by caring for their complex needs and enabling them to live the life they choose. You'll join a supportive team that will provide the necessary training and development to support your client, making this a rewarding and fulfilling role.
Main Responsibilities
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to clients with complex needs, including tasks such as peg feeding, medication administration, non-invasive ventilation, oral suctioning, and oxygen therapy. You'll need to have the patience and flexibility to connect with your clients on a personal level, building trust and understanding their unique needs.

Key Requirements
You should have experience in the required complex care tasks, as well as a caring personality and the ability to build trust with clients and their families. You will be working on a one-to-one basis with clients, providing personal care and support to help them live independently. You'll need to be flexible and able to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
