Exciting Locum Opportunities for Clinical Pharmacists

We are seeking experienced clinical pharmacists to join our team at several hospital services in Kent. As a clinical pharmacist, you will be working on medical and surgical wards, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients on medical and surgical wards
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
• Develop and implement pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:
• GPHC registration required
• Experience working in NHS wards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
