All of our team are on a contracted PAYE basis giving you the job security you deserve. There is also scope to become qualified in other areas to help enhance the business further, for example social media and content creation (should you want this).

Your Impactful Role:

As a Lead Development Football Coach, you will:

  • Engage with various programs, including football sessions for primary school ages, toddler football classes, football camps, football team training (u6-u15s), and multi-sport camps.
  • Bring enthusiasm and creativity to make our sessions super fun and exciting for the children.
  • Develop strong bonds with both the children and their parents, as well as the schools you work in.
  • Implement our weekly session plans, maximize the children's abilities, and report back to our management and admin team after each session.
Your Ideal Schedule:

We have two roles available:

  • Part-time: 16 sessions per week Monday-Saturday (depending on position), plus half-term and school holiday coaching, and a 2nd role of 10 sessions per week (growth role).

Position 1:

  • Saturdays: 8.30am-12. School holidays and half-term 30-35hrs per week paid at an hourly rate.
  • Saturdays: 9am-12pm (3 sessions).
  • School holidays and half-term 20-35hrs per week paid at an hourly rate.
  • More sessions to be added in November to Tuesday and Wednesdays, including 6pm sessions and morning sessions 10.

Our team, led by a UEFA B license director, delivers over 50 football sessions weekly, supporting SZ United FC with 21 teams for the season.
