Key Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostics and remove adaptations fitted to specially adapted vehicles
• Work on vehicles from a range of different manufacturers, with a specialized focus on electrical systems and components
• Ensure vehicles are in an optimal operating condition and meet safety and performance standards
Requirements
• Proven experience as a vehicle technician with substantial knowledge of automotive mechanical systems and electrical components
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for both mechanical and electrical issues
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical faults and system malfunctions
• Strong understanding of electric and hybrid vehicles
Qualifications
• Minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent certification in automotive or similar fields
• Additional certification or training in automotive electrical systems is highly desirable but not essential
