About the Role



We are seeking a talented Audio Director to spearhead our audiovisual content strategy, driving innovation and growth in our iconic brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive video and audio strategies, generating on-brand content and franchises across multiple platforms.




  • Develop and implement video and audio strategies for each brand, leveraging brand IP and integrating commercial insights into content creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate creative ideas and series, and oversee the execution of all content, ensuring exceptional quality and timeliness.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive, driving revenue maximisation and audience engagement.


About You




  • Proven experience in a senior video and audio production role, preferably within the publishing or media industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with a focus on revenue maximisation and audience engagement.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to unite various teams towards common objectives.
  • Creative flair, with a track record of producing top-tier video and audio content.
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific content strategies and trends.
