Master Craftsman

We are looking for a Master Craftsman to join our team at AndRecruit Engineering. As a Senior Toolmaker, you will be responsible for the repair, modification, and maintenance of existing production tooling.

Key responsibilities include:

• Repairing and modifying tools to ensure optimal performance
• Maintaining high-quality standards in all work produced
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in manufacturing injection mould tools
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving abilities

This is a permanent position based in Middlesex, with a salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

For this role, we require a skilled professional who can demonstrate:

• Experienced or apprentice-trained Toolmaker
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrable knowledge of CNC machining and metrology
