FP&A Lead Job Description

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Lead to join our team at Trinity House Group. As a key business partner, you will drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable insights that align financial goals with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strategic Business Partner: Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Modelling and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models that offer deep insights into business performance, and support key decision-making processes.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex financial data and analysis in a clear, concise manner to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Thought Leadership: Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and offer recommendations that drive improved performance and growth.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, ensuring high standards of reporting and analysis.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven FP&A Experience: Strong experience in FP&A, with a proven track record of delivering financial insights that influence business outcomes.
  • Business Partnering Expertise: Strong experience in working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights that drive business results.
  • Financial Expertise: Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with a deep understanding of financial statements and key metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business insights for a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Experience leading a team or projects within an FP&A function.
