Job Title: Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced maintenance engineer to join our team at RGR. The successful candidate will have a varied skillset across building fabric works, including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, and will be responsible for maintaining commercial offices in Kent and South London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on commercial office buildings, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting and decorating.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Use a range of tools and equipment to complete tasks, including power tools and hand tools.
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces, and use ladders and scaffolding as necessary.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification to City and Guilds Level 2 standard in one of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, or painting and decorating.
  • Experience in commercial environments, preferably in a maintenance or repair role.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, and use ladders and scaffolding as necessary.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £34,000 per annum.
  • Overtime available.
  • A permanent, PAYE position.
