**Job Summary**

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering all plumbing planned and reactive works throughout commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault finding and repair of plumbing assets to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Carrying out regular planned maintenance on assets to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with the facilities management team to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
