About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare Limited. As a key member of our resourcing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist who has a proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive recruitment strategy.
